DIR Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract
The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) introduced a State-wide contract vehicle designed to acquire technology solutions for the state government. The purpose of the Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) is to provide personnel for information technology projects for all State of Texas agencies. Ipso Facto Consulting was accepted as a vendor for all labor categories of the ITSAC contract.
The ITSAC term is from September 1, 2006 through August 31, 2008. Upon expiration of initial ITSAC term, the ITSAC may be renewed for one additional one-year term at the discretion of DIR.
ITSAC is a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract vehicle and contains the following features:
